Making sure that You, Your Groom, the Wedding Party and the parents are comfortable while getting ready for the Big Day |

Assistance with the distribution and pinning of all corsages, boutonnieres, Bridal bouquet, bridal party flowers and flower-girl flowers |

Ensuring proper placement of the guests' assigned seating place cards, guest books, photographs, candles, wedding favors, ceremony programs, menu cards etc |
|
Greeting your guests and directing them to the ceremony and reception areas at the appropriate times |
|
Directing the flower girls and the ring bearers when it's time to walk down the aisle |
|
Calming down and reassuring the crying flower girl or ring bearer during the ceremony when their Mom and /or Dad happen to be in the ceremony |
|
Rounding up, lining up and providing direction to the Wedding Party when it's time to walk down the aisle |
|
Letting you know when it's time to walk down the aisle and making sure you are ready for the special moment |
|
Make sure your dress, train and veil are perfect and send you on your way down the aisle with your escort |
|
Making certain that all ceremony musicians have the correct musical selections |
|
Directing your guests to the cocktail reception after the ceremony |
|
Assist the Photographer in gathering your Wedding Party and family members for pictures as needed |
|
Making certain that You, Your Groom and the entire Wedding Party get cocktails and hors d' oeuvres served to you during your photography session |
|
Making certain your selected Reception Entertainment has proper electricity, staging, vendor meals and access to a rest area |
|
Making certain that all finishing touches in the reception are complete and exactly as you wished before allowing guests to enter the reception area |
|
Making certain all candles are lit throughout the reception |
|
Answer any guests' questions and concerns graciously throughout the day |
|
Organizing the Grand Entrance and getting everyone lined up outside the reception area in correct order |
|
Informing the MC of all correct pronunciations of names |
|
Always letting you and your groom know what is next so that you are never caught off guard |
|
Making certain the dietary needs and requests of guests such as allergies and vegetarian requests are followed through |
|
Supervising and communicating with the chef, banquet captain and catering staff to ensure timely dinner service |
|
Making certain that everyone scheduled to give toasts or host special events during the day are cued and prepared |
|
Making certain that you are the only two on the dance floor to show off those moves you learned in those dance lessons you took over the past year |
|
Making certain we have your comfortable shoes ready for you to change into at the reception if you desire |
|
Making sure we have your make up available to touch up if needed throughout the day |
|
Coming to the rescue with a warm, damp cloth when you or your groom have cake all over your face after the cake cutting (and keeping that make up bag handy) |
|
Be there by your side, ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences |
|
Guiding you graciously through your day, keeping things running on schedule |
|
Distributing final balances and gratuities to the vendors on your behalf |
|
Collecting disposable cameras, your guest book, pen, toasting glasses, cake top, etc |
|
Decorating your Honeymoon Suite on your Wedding Night if it's in the same location as the reception |
|
Arranging Getaway Transportation, making sure that they are present and on time |
|
Knowing exactly when you need a soft voice to clam you or a little laughter when those nearest and dearest to you are driving you crazy |
